We use a precise portable weld on machine to bore weld and remanufacture bores such as bucket pins and machine attachments that wear out over time. Our machine can bore and weld from 42mm to 250mm holes. We also have a facing head so we can machine the surface of a work piece to create a smooth square wear surface. 

Currently we can hook up to all Class 8 ABS, Allison Transmissions, Eaton Transmissions, Detroit, Cat Truck and Equipment, International Trucks and PACCAR Chassis. We continue to add software to our arsenal and keep all current software up to date to ensure you are receiving the most accurate information. 

From custom fabrication to frame repairs, we can weld just about anything. Examples of projects we have completed for customers are custom tailgates for dump truck boxes, crack repairs in buckets and attachments, etc. With our Nondestructive Testing tooling we can locate and verify that the entire of the damage is being located and repaired keeping your equipment from being down longer than it needs to be.
